This week we’ve just finished the final pieces of our project for Fundamental Learning Center, and we’re super excited to get this out into the world. The company is releasing their new Sound Case learning package, which is a comprehensive, all-in-one tool that teaches reading for kids and students who suffer from reading disabilities. This reading instruction program was designed especially with dyslexic children in mind. They emphasize tactile engagement with students, as well as tailoring specific teaching instructions for specific students. Featuring 33 lesson plans for children ages 7-13, this new program is research tested and proven to be effective. This program has the potential to improve lives, and we love working on projects that we know are going to help people. Not to mention, the team at FunLearn is kind, professional, and always enthusiastic, which makes working with them a blast.
This Sound Case is the first installment in an ongoing project that we’ve been working on for them that will eventually become a virtual training platform for their multi-faceted dyslexia treatment system. We’ve done some on-site shooting, saw the facilities, and most importantly met some of the awesome students that they teach.
Fundamental Learning Center is a great resource for both parents and children who suffer from dyslexia. We encourage you to check out their facilities if you or someone you know has special reading needs. The care, professionalism, and positive attitude of the entire Fundamental Learning Center is inspiring, and we always have a good time working with them.
Also, they are hosting their 10th annual Diamond Anniversary Garden Party at Botanica on May 4th. The event will feature both silent and live auctions, dinner, music, dancing, and a full cash bar. Proceeds from the vent will go directly to aiding the children at Fundamental Learning Center. Ticket prices vary for individuals and full tables, and those can be purchased at funlearn.org. We’ll have a few members of our staff in attendance, and you should come too! RSVP here, event starts at 5:30 pm. https://www.facebook.com/events/2101684803398511/
